(AUTOSTOP) – FSU I 9192

  • AUTOSTOP is signal-safety device with basic role of preventing accidents, crashes or dangers that could occur if engineer does not act as defined by the given signal in front of main station or rail signals.
  • After interaction between locomotive recption head (LPG) and indusi balise it is iniciated a logical process in autostopu on the locomotive which can go in three directions:
  1. warning to the engineer to lower speed
  2. stoping train by fast braking if engineer doesn’t act under procedure
  3. fast unconditional braking if the train crosses the signal with red-term

System for automatic train stop includes:

  • Locomotive turn-on device
  • Pneumatic brake system
  • Locomotive reception head
  • Indusi balise
  • Tachometer with registering device type TEL 1000
  • System FSU I 9192 enables application under speed up to 160 km/h.
  • Galeb FSU enables reparation of old existing systems on the railroad and also installation of brand new systems on platforms.
  • FSU I 9192 is developed on the basis of Siemens system I 60 and they are compatible.
  • Brake group that initiates releasing air from the system in incidental situations is made by Knnor.

Locomotive reception head (LPG) is a set of auto stop devices where by induction is made transfer of informations from indusi balise to the moving vehicle. It consists of three coils with fero-magnetic core which, with suitable condensers form three serial oscillator circuits set to frequency of appropriate transistor generators (500Hz, 1000Hz, 2000Hz). In case of crossing of LPG accross the active indusi balise (signal contact open) it occurs inductive coupling of oscillator circuit LPG set to the same frequency as the active circuit of indusi balise, that is transfer of energy from LPG to indusi balise. In circuit of LPG leads to current decrease which provokes activating of the impulse receiver in relay group.
